Pollo is the shop keeper of a store that specialises in magic. He works alongside his younger sister, Ningyõ. He is the more energetic of the two of them, always cheerful and putting on a smile for customers. He lets himself get crushes on multiple girls who wander in and out of his shop. He tries to get himself to talk to them, but he never can. It's his dream to finally manage to get a girl to like him back, but most of the time he's oblivious to others love.

His voice is average but towards the lower side of the scale. He puts emphasis on a lot of his words and takes many breathers. He talks at an average speed, normally easy to talk to and chill. Imagine a surfer dude. He's also a self proclaimed joker and likes to make people laugh. When he's crushing on someone, his voice goes more high pitched and he sighs more often.
