Garlan Belrott is a side character and guard of the Marchen in Cinderella Phenomenon. He is the childhood friend and love interest of Jurien and is extremely protective of her, even joining the guard to watch over her. The Belrotts have taken Jurien under their wing since her mother is dead and her father is mostly away due to knightly duties. He believes that loyalty is a form of kindness. Garlan was removed dishonorably as from the Order of Caldira when he and Jurien tried to warn the king about sir Alcaster's plans and motive to overthrow and kill the royals to take the throne for himself.
