(Sofie is the main character and has both dialogue and internal monologue) Sofie is a scientist working with Cybertask under Nick Prescott’s management. She has very low self confidence due to how strict and overbearing Nick is with his employees. She is very tired and burned out from over working.

(Contemplative) If I can erase the computer’s memory completely, then I can delete all the data on “Project Nemesis.” No wonder Prescott was so nervous and uptight earlier this morning, he knows he can’t spy on me today, and was hoping I wasn’t going to deviate from the script, and just do my job so he could slip his real plan right under my nose. Sly bastard.
(She says this in a very self loathing tone) I’m only here because my DNA got mixed with the controls for Project Nemesis instead of Prescott’s! He hates me! I can see it in the way he looks at me every morning—like—like I’m a fly who hangs around his office that he desperately wants to swat!
I—I can’t believe it, (In a shocked and scared tone) I was told you couldn’t speak.
