They have built a formidable reputation in the underworld. Morgan crossed paths with Kaiser during Kaiser's undercover time amongst their organization. Morgan and Kaiser were quite close during this time. Morgan perceived Kaiser's abandonment from the group as betrayal. Morgan harbors a complicated mix of emotions, including a grudging respect and lingering camaraderie. It isn't clear whether or not Morgan's organization is good or bad.
