Tobias is second in line to take on leadership at Purgatory if or when the Liberator dies, second only to his daughter Raven. Demetrius is unsure whether she will take up the task but trusts Tobias completely, knowing he will do it without fail. Tobias is totally proud of this and does not want to disappoint his mentor since Demetrius took him under his wing and has overseen his training personally, which is not something he does normally.He has been collecting souls for a while now however he has only ever done it by granting desires, never by any other method such as pain relief. He can be calm most of the time however when the time draws near to claim his soul he can become angry. In the final minute, the minute he can intervene, he will kill any who gets in his way. Think of the Liberator as John Kramer, aka jigsaw, from saw and Tobias as Amanda. She wanted to please her mentor but her own methods got in the way of doing so. Tobias always seems as though he is there to help and patiently waits and offers advice when needed.
