  • Initially, and for the most part, a cruel and short-tempered menace who likes to feel more superior than he actually is. Hurricane tries to come off as an intimidating villain persona that in reality one can't take very seriously. He's an impulsive and arrogant individual who seems to have no remorse for others or their problems. However, if you're patient enough and able to come around to him, he seems to be less aloof and tones himself down a little around people he trusts.
