Yusaf does not have many lines yet at all, he is basically a filler character for now but once Peter dies he may take over from him. He is still in training and does not know how to handle things yet. He doesn't try breaking up fights in fear of getting hurt. He needs a lot of toughening up. He tries to be official and follow orders to the best of his ability, his ability however is not that good.
