This is the narrator of Jace's chapters. Jace is a seventeen-year-old man-slut with a sick little sister he would do anything for. He's never seen without a smile and is rarely heard saying anything serious. You will be doing not only Jace's voice but also that of anyone who happens to have dialogue in Jace's chapters. So that could include anything from thirteen-year-old girls to gruff old men. Jace has some singing parts, too, so good luck with that. And you will narrate some sexy stuff. So make sure you're chill with that.
[Narration] Jace only listened to Nirvana when he felt like he was losing his mind. It was easy to sing to when your were angry or hurt. When Molly had cheated, it’d played as he cried on the floor of his room. When he’d slept with Jack, the first thing he did after getting home was listen to it, standing under the stream of the shower, letting the water fall on his body for two hours. When Kelly had been diagnosed, he’d blasted the stuff throughout the house, and no one had told him to turn it down because they had understood. Now he was lying on his bed, punching the air in time with the music as he shouted the words to ‘About a Girl’ along with Kurt Cobain.
[Jace Dialogue: determined] "Look. I don’t really know you, you don’t know me: but I’m not gonna let you kill yourself for a stupid f**king reason like getting turned down.”
