The author's stunningly, hilariously shameless self-insert. Sort of a gadfly, Hussie's entire contribution to the comic can perhaps best be described as "miscellaneous shenanigans". His voice should be comically flat and deadpan, perfectly suited for snarky deliveries - in other words, as close to the real Hussie as is physically possible.
