Finlay is a rough drug dealer responsible for robbing a Followers Of The Apocalypse caravan full of medicine. He is selling the stolen medicine at discounted rates with his top seller being Med-X (The Fallout equivalent of Morphine). As leader of a gang, Finlay should come across as intimidating and confident in his leadership.
This is a supporting role. Appearance of character subject to change to suit the voice.
