29-year-old chem addict from The Pitt, Cara's been through a hell of a lot. Losing her father in the 2255 Scourge and her mother a decade later to TDC (as well as the general awfulness of Pittsburgh) left her with a crippling addiction to chems, and a knack for tinkering. Now she's moved to the Mojave she's in a much better place mentally, but she's still got an edge to her, as she knows people from her past are looking for her (plus she's probably hopped up on mentats, psycho and scotch at any given moment).
The only lines needed are an opening narration, though there's nothing to say that more won't be needed in future (if this does end up being the case, there will be additional payment, not to worry)

Cara found herself in the Capital Wasteland, where her aptitude for tech saw her quickly employed by a friendly mercenary company. After a while reprogramming sentry bots and other pre-war toys, she realised that this mercenary outfit maybe wasn’t as friendly as she thought, and left for good
This would soon prove to be a bad idea, as no matter if you’re braving The Pitt, The Capital Wasteland or the Mojave; war, war never changes…
