However, his legacy does not come easy upon him. His predecessor, Revend Hale III, was known as a cruel and unfair man, unfit to his role. So much in fact, he caused the Reckoning - a day where the skies were painted crimson, and the devils themselves came out to drag the reverend to hell themselves.
Despite this, Hale IV does his utmost to be fair and kind in his actions and judgment. The mantle is heavy, but one he bears for the sake of humanity.
