His flamboyant and brash actions were all to draw the attention of the Interastral Peace Corporation — the target of his revenge.
Despite being a rather foul-mouthed person, Boothill is unable to use normal swear words due to someone messing with his speech box. Thus, most of his swears are rendered as watered down versions or "cutie"/"darling."
Please do an American country/Southern accent for this character!
Voice direction: medium-low, scratchy masc voice. Energetic and "flavorful," with lots of tonal variation!
