Nico is the Arcadia district’s most popular broadcaster. Never satisfied, Nico always wants more listeners and is willing to do whatever it takes to reel them in. Whether that means reporting on the most extreme incidents or pressuring people for the next big scoop.
Though he is the voice of radio, he has a tendency to switch between a more professional persona and that of someone recording for a true crime podcast when reading the latest headlines, unable to resist hyping up elements of stories here and there.
Charismatic and fearless, for many in Arcadia, Nico’s voice is their only companion, and he takes advantage of that, feeding off everyone’s desire for more.
