River is the most relaxed, calm, and peaceful of his siblings. He is a mediator, a peacemaker, and just a generally therapeutic presence whenever necessary. He loves nature and has a penchant for going to this specific beach and letting his thoughts wander. Quite the go-with-the-flow personality.
Voice should be a medium pitch, soft and almost lazy sounding, but not quite there. When I say almost lazy, I don’t mean that as in make him tired sounding and dragging out his speech, but he should kind of sound rather monotonous.

Yeah maybe the government is hiding them, we may never know hah. Nice audition (and introduction) overall, but I think your voice is a little too old sounding for River. I think you might be better off trying for Midnight, and I think for some later chapters you would also be good with certain characters that appear then
