Lisa is about 20 to 28 years old. She wears jeans and a white T-shirt. She's smoking a cigarette. There's a wall of graffiti behind her. She's tough and used to a hard life. 


Accent: Must be North American. (It's a Fallout thing). Southern accent is fine as well. No British accent. 


Range of voice should be:   High/medium to medium. Should sound feminine but rude. Please view original voice actress below.

This actually is a recast. I really loved the original voice actress but the mic quality isn't acceptable (it's too tinny and not fixable) but you can hear the original voice actress and audition as a guide of the voice and acting I was looking for  ==> Original voice actress
