Wastelanders are the general inhabitants of the Capital Wasteland. They perform a variety of roles, from merchants and caravan guards to scavengers and scientists.

This Wastelander has found a water pump, and will fight tooth and nail to keep it from falling into someone else's hands. He threatens the Player if they get too close.
