Luigi is Mario's taller, shyer and more sensitive little brother. He is generally more afraid of things than his twin which leads people to view him as cowardly, but despite being in Mario's shadow to the public eye, he has helped his brother save the world time and time again with his superior speed and height in jumping. Luigi tries to be as friendly and helpful as possible wherever he can and cares deeply for all the important people in his life.

His voice should sound the way it does in recent games; since his voice is generally less over-the-top than Mario's, he won't need to be as downplayed as him.
