Voice: Medium to Medium-low
“A mysterious witch behind the recent rougarou attacks in Podunk. She performs at and runs a local circus act called ‘Phantasmagoria’.”
The closest reference I can find for her voice is something similar to Helba from the .hack// series. I’m flexible about the voice though. As long as you feel the voice you use fits her character and appearance, feel free to send something in.
I imagine her voice sounding smooth and calming, and she speaks with an elegant but also arrogant tone. She’s able to conceal her presence and manipulate people’s perceptions, so I’d imagine she’s very self-assured as well.
You will need to be able to shout, or at least voice pain sounds. (There’s is a scene in chapter 6 where her shoulder gets dislocated.)
