Mizzi is a Spirit Guardian with the power to speed up time. 

Mizzi is alert, tough, and skittish. He won't back down from a fight but unfortunately due to his hyper-awareness of everything going on around him, he can be very impulsive and jump to react (typically with aggression). In life, he was the same but severely tuned down his impulse to anger and violence by the time of his death. He still believes in the tenets of strength and power and aligns himself with the likes of hippos and elephants though he sees the value and strength in other species too. He makes the most impulsive decisions in the Spirit Guardians and does not plan to change that.
