Snively is the nephew of Dr. Robotnik. He's sneaky and calculating. He is usually the lackey that does what his uncle says. This time is no different, but he's counting on his uncle losing. He's planning something in the event of his uncle's defeat. 

Voicewise: Open to all interpretations as there only has been one voice for Snively.
