Ozzie... doesn't deserve this job, he was only given the job of general manager because his dad owns the company. Not many know his true feelings about the rest of the crew. Infact, not much is known about him. When he's around in a group, he's cheery and awfully seen as dumb, but when he's alone, he becomes almost demonic, poking at the person's deep dark insecurites.
