Arlan is voice by Dani Chambers, who uses a 'young boy' and thus I would prefer that Arlan was also voiced by 'a woman doing a young boy voice' but of course anyone can try for Arlan! So long as you have a high pitched boy voice, with a quiet confidence - you'll be great!
