Himiko Toga is a female antagonist of the My Hero Academia series. She's a freaky, unstable, psychotic chick who has the ability to steal one's appearance (make herself look like them) by extracting some of their blood (usually by cutting them with one of her many blades). Due to her love for blood and "carving & butchering guys", she is normally treated like an outcast and can only feel like herself when around her small group of fellow villains.
