He's a strong supporter of Zachary Hudson who is the current President of the Federation. Hudson is seen as being the leader of the very militaristic side of the Federation.


This character's lines should be read in a way that reflects his impressive leadership. He exudes professionalism, with never a thought toward acting outside of what he thinks is right.


Note: Pronounce the name with a short 'a'. It should be like an 'a' in "apple" as opposed to the 'a' in "Raven."
