(Slumped over a kitchen counter, clutching a half-empty bottle of alcohol. Drunk, lethargic tone.) "D-did you… Did you steal the alcohol like I told you to...?" (Forceful, slightly threatening tone.) "Bring it to me."
(She notices that the bandages covering Hinotori's burn scars have become loose and immediately loses her temper. Accusatory, furious tone.)"Why aren’t your arms covered properly?!" (She throws the bottle at the wall beside Hinotori and deliberately knocks another bottle off the counter with her arm. Shrieking, enraged tone.) "You’re a walking reminder of everything that went wrong in my life! It's your damn fault! I should've aborted you from the very beginning!" (Lower, sinister tone.) "As soon as I saw those burn scars… I knew your birth was a curse from the universe."
(Flashback quote. Joyful, playful tone.) "The Phoenix is a mythical bird that sets itself on fire every five hundred years and rises from the ashes reborn, so I think I’ll call you Hinotori!"
