The Carriage Driver is exactly that, a friendly man employed to transport Mistus to the destination of his next assignment, he doesn't know what the Veiled League does and he doesn't ask questions about it, they pay well and he enjoys his simple job as a driver.
The voice for this character is very open to interpretation, just aim for that friendly and jolly persona, very much a normal civilian who just does the job he's being paid to do gladly.
