Noctilucent is a hostile Gardener toward humanity. They come as the envoy and emissary for the Gardeners at the end of the game to present a deal for "peace". But if they could, they would destroy humanity with everything they have. They are the one specifically in charge of the yearly attacks, using everything in their power to wipe out humans. But they do listen to Sol when they present their case to save humanity. There is no specified gender for Noctilucent.
