Though he may appear to be little more than a harmless stoner on the surface, Gamzee Makara is a beast far more dangerous. When medicated with the rough equivalent of troll weed, Gamzee is mellow, lazy, and as friendly and jovial as can be - but once sober, he turns into what can only be describe as a cosmic horror, a split personality made up of exactly one half of John Wayne Gacy's unsettling sociopathy and one half of Jim Jones' raging, firebreathing fanaticism. Gamzee's voice should reflect this: rough and charismatic, with a tendency to swing between lovable oafishness, unsettling blankness, and bellowing fire and brimstone.
