The cruel tyrannical leader of the S.I., the dominant country that controls most of the world. Basically he's the planets head honcho and he's not nice and rose to power through sketchy means. He's got that fancy gold throne with a fancy royal suit with an arrogant look kinda thing going. Like he's the king of the universe and likes to remind everyone of that wherever he goes. Not much else I can tell you about Zalim other than he's a complete ass and has zero redeeming qualities. :'D
