Sol's mother is a firm but loving person. she's an ex-soldier from her time on Earth, but she puts all her love and work into her garden and the fields as head cultivator and head of Geoponics. She loves Sol and Geranium (her husband) fiercely, but she also has a slight temper when she's pissed off. She never does anything half-assed. She's capable of silent anger and verbal anger, but she is still loving, caring, and firm. She puts everything she is into saving the colony and feeding everyone, at the expense of her own body. She's very protective of her people.
