Background - He moved to Saintinine from Latenenia to get away from poverty, he met Isabelle and Marin and became friends with them, he didn’t like Marin all that much because she had Isabelle, but respected the fact they were happy.

What am I looking for voice wise?

Any tone, medium range. A lot of his lines within this movie are exasperated/worried. Though you must be able to convey all emotions well.
