I forgot to mention several things, I didn't want to make it too long but whatever I'll just throw in all my qualifications I left out as that's the point of this lol. My main moderating experience I have is that I help moderate Google's official YouTube forums (the YouTube Creator Community). And it's not a role they just give to anyone, there's only like ten or so of us out of the tens of thousands of users. I also have good speakers and a keen ear for verifying what audio is good and not. People also frequently message me on various sites asking for voice acting advice which I always give. Also my goals for moderating would mainly be stopping the clutter. There's nothing wrong with projects never completing, obstacles do come up, but I scan through every project posted everyday to see if there's anything worth auditioning for and I see a lot of projects that I know won't be completed because you can tell by the poor spelling and lack of substance that a little kid made it. People also spam projects with malicious intentions as well or as bad jokes and neither of those are okay either. I've also had experience creating well fleshed out Casting Calls (all completed of course with two out of four being good enough to tract hundreds of auditions). Also I'd argue I'm pretty good at communicating with people, and even if someone degrades to poor behavior I never stoop down to that level as moderators have to stay above that sort of thing. Also the being in sync with the community I mentioned in the video, it's good because it puts me in a unique position where rather than just lone-wolfing like the average candidate, I have a whole network of people backing me helping me help moderate the site. Anyway, regardless of who you pick thank you just for deciding to add some moderators as it will really help keep the site at it's best. I really love the most recent changed and look forward to seeing where this site heads next! Thank you for all the hard work you put in and best of luck in picking moderators!
