A fancily-dressed refugee from the city of Advent who fled to Vellie following the city's destruction. He owned an aviary in the city, but only managed to escape with a single bird when the city was evacuated. He was used to a very comfortable standard of living in Advent, and bemoans the lack of comforts to be found in Vellie.
