The jolly mayor of Shiver City. He is originally believed to be dead, found passed out in his home by his wife. When the policeman shows up, Mario is the suspect, but then the blame teeters to local author, Herringway. When the mayor awakens, all is cleared. He is a grateful and happy man.
I am looking for a low to medium-pitched voice that sounds middle-aged and welcoming. He is passed out for most of his screen time, but he is an admirable man when awakened.
