Hermina is the Covetous Witch of Valore who has possession over The Ring of The Huntress.  She is one of the wealthiest people in Orsterra.  She gained a lot of her wealth from selling drugs known only as "powder" and skyrocketed up until she was known as "The Godmother."  However, this put her at odds with a new mafia group run by Bargello.  Her confidence and belief in her wealth trumps all else in her life, and she absolutely despises those who are below her in class or wealth, to the point where she has hundreds of slaves to do her work, which she won't hesitate to kill off.
