Green Lantern Audio Drama
lemurlord for Kilowog
Kilowog is a Green Lantern and serves as the Corps main drill Sergent in addition to his other duties in the Corps. His own planet was destroyed so the Corps is the only family he has left. He's a really rugged kind of guy but has a big heart. Really the tough love type. In this story Kilowog doesn't appear till Act III and serves to fire up the troops for battle. He helps to strategize and keep everyone thinking straight on the battlefield. His home is being attacked in this story, there's a lot on the line for him.
Kilowog is a really big guy so his voice should sound booming and powerful. He's vaguely pig like so I wouldn't be opposed to some snorting in the performance but don't go overboard with it. Kilowog needs to sound like he can inspire others more than anything else.
You heard the old Blue boy, c'mon poozers let's show these gnarks whose
planet this is! (Kilowog's first line, getting everyone prepared to
fight)Bzzd is right. The guardians said it themselves, these gnarks have spent
so long shooting at things without ever getting anything back that they
never put much into defense. We were cutting through these ships like
they were nothing earlier. Rot Lop Fan get out there and tear em to
scrap. There's no time ta argue about this. Those of us that can help
will fire blind and hope for the best But you've got ta spear head this
fight. (Trying to help Rot Lop Fan feel the confidence he needs to take
on a fleet of ships alone. A sense of this being their only shot should
be present.)Think bigger. We don't have time to take these gnarks out one by one. (Given as an order)
