Spirited, stubborn, and an infamous know-it-all who has a bad habit of sticking her nose where it doesn't belong, often coming off as fussy or nosy simply because she cares perhaps a bit too much about things that should technically be qualified as 'not her business.' Overcompensates for poor self-esteem and a hidden fearfulness with outward boldness and an almost daredevil attitude, having no care at all for rules.
