Lawrence Crowley - who mainly goes by his last name, is the local mortician and his family runs the town's funeral home. He is Clark's longtime best friend and only loosely aware of the show. They met back in seminary and have been in contact on and off over the years! Crowley is a lead role that appears multiple times throughout the series so if you apply for him you must know your performance will be needed more than once. For Crowley we are looking for a more serious but mildly soft masculine tone. He has a medium low voice and tends to sound like he's just about to face a poltergeist most of his days. It is important you know how to sound a tad bit dramatic and expressive if you do pick him!
