The host is the main Antagonist of Tarragon radio who can be best described as a 1930s radio host with a hypnotic voice that lulls both the audience and characters into a false sense of security. he enjoys the finer things and will occasionally indulge himself in a glass of scotch whilst working, though he would never let his vices ruin his work. the host is a man with a lot of influence in tarragon, especially since he is the only news source for the citizens, with his radio station providing daily broadcasts. though the host is not directly involved in politics he does have a lot of power on events such as elections as the pepole will wait in anticipation for his opinion.

the host is a man who craves power, though he does not like to be directly involved in politics, rather watching the citizens in the comfort of his own radio station. puppeteering the pepole and erasing the existence of those who step out of line or do things that he deems to be unsuitable. the host cares very little for the lives of others and struggles to create meaningful bonds with other pepole. the only person he seems to genuinely care for is his intern, a young teen he has had in his care for over a decade.

  • (calming) Hello and welcome listeners, I do hope you are doing well this fine night. The stars are out for once. which is a lovely change from the mist and fog that usually is in the air. Nights like this are strangely relaxing. The noise and vibrance of the city seem to disappear and the world takes a break, just for a moment.

  • (annoyed) would you kindly leave my studio, and close the door on your way out. i would rather not have any external noise interrupt my broadcast

  • (closing statement) And with that final story I concluded this broadcast. I have been your host and This has been tarragon radio, good night my dear listeners. wherever you may be
