avenir for Oddie
An over the top, hipster who left over spring break to backpack through Europe and still has not made it home. He enjoys talking in circles and hearing his own voice. The boy creates drama wherever he goes but is just clever enough to worm his way out of it looking like the "hero" of the story. He does believe what he says though.
We are looking for a unique character voice that captures the mentality of people who unironically use sheeple everywhere.
Range: Moderately low to deep, dramatic and melodic
(Very, very, very loosely based on Odysseus from the Odyssey.)
I fear I have done many a dangerous thing now that I am on my own relying only on my wit, and the blessings of whichever god dares to guide me. I long for home. I long to help you through your troubled times but I must go on.
I recently found myself trapped in a hostel with only sheeple as companions, who cared for nothing but wine and pleasantries of women.
We talked many hours, they called me no one at first but at the end of the night we left as friends. There purposes as people awakened again.
