He is a main antagonist in the third episode of our parody series, and appears much later on in the show after his debut. He is a flamboyant German man that just loves blowing people (with his wind powers guys)
For the voice I'm looking for something similar to either the Medic from Team Fortress 2 or The Major from Hellsing Ultimate Abridged by TeamFourStar.
