Voice guidelines: Low to medium-low pitch. Like most townsfolk of Vellie, he tends to be relaxed and carefree, and looks out for Otus.

Note: Despite having no canonical in-game voice, Bomboman's speech patterns appear to indicate a strong accent of some kind, possibly Caribbean or Polynesian. No specific accent will be mandatory, though the ability to respectfully perform a fitting accent is a plus.
