Neakita/Vin for Fievel The Ermine
Fievel a 27 year Ermine and is Beatrice's assistant and helps with commanding the guard.
Fievel is a upbeat, cheery, boy-scout-like Fievel in contrast to Beatrice's bad attitude, he will nervously try to get her to not be so grumpy though often failing at it. He is the least involved out of the council and doesn't carry a heavy role in the pilot, but will feature in later episodes.
He would have a high pitched, high energy sounding voice (Deku from MHA being the best example I could think of for reference)

(Upbeat) Righty do, Ms. Beatrice!
(Awkwardly butting in) Hey uhh… maybe this isn’t the time to be blaming anyone? The scepter could be anywhere and we should uh… maybe focus on finding it?
