(Sans: You ever heard of a talking flower?)

The echo flower, yeah, of course.  I know all about it.  They’re all over Waterfall.  What about them?

(Sans: Sometimes, when no one else is around, a flower appears and whispers things to him.  Flattery, advice, encouragement… predictions.)

Weird.  Someone must be using an echo flower to play a trick on him.

(Frisk: I came back here for some nice cream, but the guy selling them seems to have gone.)

Yeah, he went to Hotland.  More demand for the stuff over there.  If you want, I can make you something.  We got a burger plate with a side of fries.  But we don’t have any water.  I don’t touch the stuff.  You understand, right? (chuckles)
