Mr/Mrs Tipps is a pure scoundrel, they took out a loan with Larry/Laurie to set up a profitable underground drug lab, but instead paying the loan back, Tipps hired Gunners (mercenaries) instead, but this backfired and now the Gunners have seized the Lab for themselves. 


Tipps is a bombastic middle aged scoundrel, that only cares about profit and himself/herself.   

  • even behind these walls, I have eyes and ears everywhere, It's beautiful, truly beautiful.

  • I hear you killed that two bit loan shark Larry/Laurie, you done me a proper favour, and Mr/Mrs Tipps always rewards his/her friends.

  • Because I wanted it all, Me, Larry/Laurie and all the others that want to kill me are the same. Greed runs through our blood, maybe it runs through yours.
