Arcturus is another highly respected Stellar with Sirius and Vega. Being older than the main antagonist, he's one of the few Stellars that remember the times before Stellar rules were made. Sirius and Vega often look to Arcturus for advice. Arcturus likes to take things as they come, being fairly laid back and often encourages others when they feel down. Sometimes he likes joking around as well.
