Originally voiced/sang by Kent Ito, Toya is a part of the street music group called, "Vivid Bad Squad". He is quiet and calm but is strong-minded. His face is usually deadpanned, which makes it difficult for others to read his expression. Despite his apathetic appearance, he is kind and quick to help others. He can occasionally be air-headed and gullible.
