Imagine Matska Belmonde from Carmilla and make her a reckless 16 year old. Mel is a kid, she's impulsive and loud. She puts on a cracked facade of posh superiority but it easily falls to her headstrong and bombastic personality. She's a second soprano and her voice is rather smooth until she loses her cool and her voice becomes gravelly and well animalistic.
(Posh/condescending laugh) You... couldn't stop me if you tried

Great job! Only thing to work on I'd say is the cackle, but that was A+ work.
