Storm the Albatross (ストーム・ザ・アルバトロス, Sutōmu za Arubatorosu) is a fictional character in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He's the brawn of the current Babylon Rogues, an imposing figure known for his immense physical strength, capable of demolishing obstacles effortlessly.

While powerful, Storm is generally slow-witted, relying on his raw power. He's utterly loyal to Jet the Hawk, often serving as his right-hand man and readily taking on Jet's tasks. However, his quick temper and clumsiness often lead to embarrassing situations for himself and his teammates.

One of Storm's most defining traits is his lack of intelligence. He's far from the sharpest tool in the shed, often appearing dim-witted, goofy, and prone to taking things too literally. His quick and careless actions, like mistaking Jewel for a gemstone due to her rainbow-colored exoskeleton, have consequences, including tarnishing his team's reputation and profits. He displays childlike emotions, quickly going from happy to upset, hinting at a simple mindset. Storm is also an unapologetic thief, showing no hesitation in robbing official establishments for personal gain.
